PostThatPic assumes no responsibility for lost images, lost registration, or removed images

Illegal Images

The following types of files will be removed immediately upon detection or report and will result in a ban.

  1. Pornographic, erotica, and nude pictures

  2. Any illegal activity, including child pornography

  3. Any files infringing on copyright laws

  4. Any files that could be malicious to this server or any other, including files not approved to be on this server (only jpg, jpeg, gif, and png are allowed), or files that promote hacking or a server in any way.

If any of these terms have been broken or you feel an image is questionable please report them to abuse@postthatpic.com


Privacy

No information you disclose will be released to a third-party including e-mail, name, or passwords However we reserver the right to release necessary information if the following were to occur.

  1. The user(s) have committed unlawful acts

  2. We are being subpoenaed

  3. We feel is it absolutely necessary

Liability

Postthatpic.com in no way is responsible for any damages that may arise including downtime, and any damages that may occur because of our service.


Misc Terms

  1. Anybody found with multiple accounts will automatically be banned and all files suspended

  2. The minimum age is 13 years, anybody who does not meet this requirement will have their account suspended

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Postthatpic.com from all liabilities, losses, damages, claims, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, that arise from (i) use or misuse of the Services or any person to whom you have granted access to the Services, (ii) your violation of any of these Terms of Service, or (iii) any other activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct).

Actions that will be taken against users who do not follow the TOS

  1. On the First offense the user(s) account will be suspended permanently without exception

We reserve the right to change our TOS without notice at any time
